The existing Amsterdam Smart City (ASC) platform did not provide enough value for its target audiences and relied on outdated technology. The question: how can ASC connect changemakers and accelerate innovation in the region?
Protopia Studio conducted user research and data analysis, developed a new proposition and UX/UI concept through design thinking sprints, and carried out a feasibility analysis for platform integration and delivery.
The renewed platform provides an overview of transitions, knowledge sharing, project information and networking functionality. It strengthens changemakers, makes collaboration visible and offers clear ways to act. The feasibility study created clear choices for further development.
